Elite Futsal Academy was founded by Kyle Parks in 2021 with one goal: create a training environment where players become smarter, more technical, more confident, and more creative.
What started with one group has grown into a full academy with over 10 teams, multiple coaches, weekly training programs, camps, clinics, and a culture built around development.

Bobby Njoroge
Co-Owner
Bobby coached at City Futsal where he learned under and was mentored by coaches connected to the renowned Santos FC methodology. He later served as Director at The PIT and has helped develop players who have advanced to the NCAA Division I level and professional environments. His passion for technical development and player growth continues to impact the next generation of athletes.
Kyle Parks
Founder
Kyle founded Elite Futsal Academy with the vision of bringing world-class futsal development to Texas. Having trained and competed in over a dozen countries, he has learned from some of the game's most respected clubs, including Santos FC, Joinville, FC Barcelona, San Lorenzo, and many more. Today, he combines those experiences into a unique methodology designed to develop intelligent, technical, and creative players.
Ethan Pilarski
Head Coach
Ethan grew up playing alongside Kyle and later continued his career at the collegiate level before joining Elite Futsal Academy as a coach. Over the last three years he has helped lead teams to multiple titles while building a reputation for connecting with players and developing confidence on the ball. Ethan has also trained in both Brazil and Argentina, bringing authentic futsal knowledge and culture to EFA.
